Description
In Western Washington State the Chestnut Backed Chickadee (Poecile rufescens) is a year-round resident, frequently greeting visitors with their chick-a-dee-dee-dee call. The chickadee is bold, gregarious and not a bit shy of humans. This chickadee was photographed in Edgewood, Washington State, USA.
