The San Juans in southern Colorado are a high altitude range of mountains that straddle the Continental Divide. This meadow of False Hellebore was found below at Lower Ice Lake Basin in the San Juan National Forest, Colorado, USA.

Photographer Jeff Goulden has combined his lifelong passion for photography and his love of the natural world, creating a portfolio that reveals nature in its pure and simple beauty.
