Description
The Yellow Warbler (Setophaga petechia) breeds across central and northern North America and spend winters in Central America and northern South America. The female Yellow Warbler isn't as brilliant in color as the male and lack the male’s rich chestnut streaking, but their overall warm yellow tones, unmarked faces, and prominent black eyes make them distinctive. This female warbler was photographed in Edgewood, Washington State, USA.
