Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Artist's Description
The American Goldfinch (Carduelis tristis) is the state bird of Washington, Iowa and New Jersey. It is a fairly common summer resident to the Pacific Northwest, migrating to the southern USA and Mexico in the winter. This juvenile with its buff yellow plumage was photographed in Edgewood, Washington State, USA.
