Description
The Continental Divide is the principal hydrological divide of the Americas. The Continental Divide extends along the Rocky Mountains and Andes, and separates the watersheds that drain into the Pacific Ocean from those that drain into the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. This meadow of fireweed was below the Continental Divide near Logan Pass in Glacier National Park, Montana, USA.
